The basic rules for using the Market Woman marketplace.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to control. Vendor and rider access may remain pending until the required review is complete.
Marketplace orders
Product availability, descriptions and prices are supplied through the marketplace and may change before checkout. An order is subject to payment confirmation, vendor acceptance, stock availability and delivery coverage.
Payments and payouts
Customers pay through the payment options shown at checkout. Market Woman may hold or delay a vendor payout while an order, refund, fraud review or dispute remains unresolved. Applicable fees are shown in the relevant order or account view.
Vendor and rider responsibilities
Vendors must describe goods honestly, maintain stock information and prepare orders safely. Riders must protect orders, follow assigned delivery details and use the customer’s delivery code only to confirm a genuine handover.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or unsafe content, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate orders or use the service for fraud.

Contact Market Woman promptly about an order or account problem. We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the current version on this page.
