Delivery areas

Availability depends on the vendor, the pickup location and the customer’s delivery address. Enter your location during checkout to confirm whether an order can be delivered.

Delivery fees

There is no single fixed delivery fee. The applicable fee is calculated for the order and shown in the checkout summary before payment. You can review the subtotal, service fee, delivery fee and total before you place the order.

Tracking your order

Signed-in customers can follow order progress from their account. Status updates show when an order is confirmed, prepared, picked up, in transit and delivered.

Confirming delivery

Keep your delivery code private until the order reaches you. The assigned rider uses that code to confirm a completed handover.

Delivery problems

If an order is late, incomplete or cannot be delivered, open the order in your account and contact support with the order reference. Do not share passwords or payment credentials with a vendor or rider.
